Jaroslav Vystrk, HR and Legal Director at LIBERTY Ostrava, said: 鈥LIBERTY Ostrava management appreciates the commitment of our employees over the last year, as their efforts have helped us achieve excellent results even in spite of the very difficult conditions caused by the COVID pandemic. That is why we believe everyone deserved an extra bonus to be paid in addition to the salary rise. Reaching this agreement in under a month highlights the commitment of management and unions to work together. This will enable us now to concentrate on meeting our production and financial targets next year and work in a collaborative manner on the transformation of our steelworks, which gets underway next year.鈥
