Every year LIBERTY Ostrava gives an opportunity to apprentices from Ostrava鈥檚 vocational schools to get hands on experience in real work environment. 天博体育官方网站 practical training runs under the supervision of the mill鈥檚 most experienced experts. This school year 105 apprentices from five schools will do an internship in the seven separate plants at the mill, focusing on mechanics, machine setting, electro mechanics, machining and railway transport.

鈥�I mentor lots of apprentices so that they can obtain as many work skills as possible and feel good here at the company at the same time. It is beneficial to the mill as well since we can identify the best ones and then offer them high quality jobs,鈥� explained Lubo拧 Heinc, head of the test rooms service at LIBERTY Ostrava who takes care of the tooler鈥檚 internship.
